HOW DO I LOSE WEIGHT AND BECOME FLEXIBLE FAST!?

I USED TO BE A CHEERLEADER AND NOW I AM GOING TO BE TRYING OUT AGAING. I WANT TO BE A FLYER WHICH IS WHY I NEED TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE AND WHY I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. I AM 5FT. 3IN. 104LBS. AND 15 YEARS OLD. I NEED TO LOSE 15-20LBS. IF NOT MORE. AND I NEED TO GET A HEEL STRETCH AND BOWENARROW. I CAN ALMOST DO THE SPLITS, BUT I STILL NEED TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE!

  1. if you lose 15-20 pounds you will be very unhealthy! you'll be in the 80's, silly. you won't even exist. therefore i'm not helping with this.


  2. Yoga will be your best option for gaining flexibility. A good massage from someone who does sports or deep tissue massage would be very beneficial as well.

    Cheerleader or not, someone at your height and current weight does not need to lose weight. You're already a size zero, do you really want to start shopping in the children's department? Someone will call an intervention for anorexia/bulimia for sure.

  3. do lots of yoga and eat healthy...you will stil lose a few lbs anyway

  4. Do exercise at least 3 times a day total 45 minute means 15 minute three times a day which will include sit ups, skipping thats it.

    Avoid all fried snacks, fatty food, such as butter toast, chips, burgers etc.

    Avoid those liquid food which has the sugar, you may take artificially sweetened drinks.

    Eat fruits and vegetables.

    Avoid fatty part of beef, chicken, fish & meet. better it should be boiled but if possible avoid it for 2 month.

    Don't eat too much in one time. divide your diet into small portions and eat several time in a day instead of eating the same in one time.

    chew your food properly.

    Do all this regularly. if you will follow all above sincerely you will see the effect within 10 days. I mean it you will loose more than 1 Kg per week
