AND 15 YEARS OLD. I NEED TO LOSE 15-20LBS. IF NOT MORE. AND I NEED TO GET A HEEL STRETCH AND BOWENARROW. I CAN ALMOST DO THE SPLITS, BUT I STILL NEED TO BE MORE FLEXIBLE!
