What I think you should do is stop trying to make him love you, and learn to love yourself. You put with serial cheater, from what you describe, and this is how it has played out .... he has used you. I'm sorry to have to tell you this.

So forget him. The relationship was never going to happen, not with someone who, as you put it, always had someone else. Focus on rearing your son, and getting on with your life. And don't involved with anyone else for a while, just enjoy your friendships and your work. And get a lawyer and go after your son's father for maintenance - you have that right, so exercise it.

You really cant make someone love you no matter what. its a difficult situation he is always going to be in your life because of you son and all maybe you should just try and his friend and try to go after him if he loves you he will come to you. if not then let him go you guys just weren't meant to be. move on and find someone who loves you for who you are and that you don't have chase or feel this way about and do you mean hes always had another girl? by hes always had someone else? if so you don't need that its hard but do whats best for you and your son.
