    This is very simple and easy to follow.

    You need not change your diet rather you just drink hot water after you taken any food.

    Hot water have the capability of liquidifying fat. Fat will be reduced if you strictly drink hot water

    Cold water should be avoided

  6. Regulate your eating habits. Give sufficient gap between each meal. Do not take oily foods. Take plenty of green vegetables. Take plenty of water. While going to sleep take hot water. Do brisk walking for about 2 kms. If you are young, you can go for 3 kms walking also. Sleep well for about 6 to 7 hours. Do some physical exercises or join some Yoga classes. This is my simple suggestion.
