its not a pic its a video clip and you can do something like that bye taking alot of pics in a row

ok its simple..

download a program called photoscape on photoscape.com

once you have downloaded..

chose "anigif"

you have to take pictures in a row like a flip book..

and in angif you choose the timing and put them together:)
