  1. No suspiscion at all

    Marcus Aurelius died of a perfectly natural disease (presumed flu, but the only certainty is that it was part of an epidemic, as it was called a plague).

    Commodus made hast to go back to Rome, at the price of a hasty peace to make sure nobody would exploit his father's death and try to be emperor in his place.

    Any data you get in relation to the movie Gladiator are dubious.
