How do you format?Iv added songs to my JNC 2 gig mp3 player bt wen i tried to play them it reads empty disk.i plugged it in to my pc nd there isnt a virus so i thought reformatting would help.i tried wit windows XP bt i cant, it says its write protected. wt do i do?
