HOW DO YOU RID OF A BIRD CHEST?

MY FRIEND HAS A BIRD CHEST.HE IS NOT REALLY THAT FAT.HE IS 14 YEARS OLD AND WEIGHS 135 POUNDS.HE IS TIRED OF BEING SHY TO TAKE HIS SHIRT OFF WHEN HE GOES SWIMMING BECUASE HE DOE SNOT WANT OTHER PEOPLE TO SEE HIS BIRD CHEST.I DONT WANT HIM LIKE THAT.SO WHAT CAN HE DO TO GET RID OF THAT BIRD CHEST?

  1. Take up bodybuilding to put some meat on his chest. If he adds some weight to his frame the ribs will stop showing. Push ups, burpees, pull ups, chin ups might help to put muscle over the chest. Maybe get him to eat homemade weight gainers for a while. It's probably because he is growing and can't gain weight. Anyways he can do the gallon of milk a day diet where you drink a gallon of milk every day or you can make your own homemade weight gainer from milk, oats,.....Look in bodybuilding.com for homemade weight gainers. Eating things like calorie dense foods like peanut butter or nuttella. Starches such as potatoes, rice, bread and pasta should help him gain weight.

    2 cups milk

    1 cup oats

    3 tbs PB

    some olive oil

    Adding the 1000 calories in the recipe above should make him gain weight if it doesn't add more peanut butter or bit more oil.
