its a head band, if you go to your link and click on the "back" veiw you can see that there is like a hook in the back that goes around your head.

it looks like a headband, but it could also be one of those things wear they use them like a belt in between your top and bottoms. I'm not sure but i think its called a waistband. I provided a picture so that you understand what i'm talking about lol It's the red part of the shorts. Hope this helps :)

1) place band around neck with hair over it

2) pull up front

3) keep pulling until bottom of band reaches a little before hairline

4) fix hair around band

well what i would do it put your hair up in a ponytail or bun then slip that on like a head band and there u go !
