  2. Do not drink coffee - it dehydrates you more

    Do not drink more alcohol - it just prolongs the pain

    DO NOT take tylenol - it will cause liver damage

    You want to drink lot's of water before and after, basically try to flush out your system, if you can vomit it is the fastest way to rid your body of toxins.  If you can get your hands on some vitamin B6, take it, Gatorade is a good way to restore your body of lost substances, go for a brisk walk, if you must stay in doors get some rest, don't just lie there and do nothing.  I learned everything from a guide, go to www.secrethangovercures.com.

  9. u can drink a lil again or u can try drink lots of vitamin c stuff like oj and no caffien cuz it makes u dehydrate not good and gatorade too :D

  10. kiddo, you are clearly not drinking enough water to make up for all of the alcohol you drank. Chug that water like you chugged that alcohol. Except change your intentions with the chugging this time. Instead of chugging it thinking "YEA I CANT WAIT TO GET WAISTED OFF MY ***" think... "YEAH I CANT WAIT TO FEEL BETTER FROM GETTING WAISTED OFF MY ***". See where im going with this ? Most hangovers are out of a result of dehydration.

    But i know how you feel, i went to a huge 4th of july party and was hungover the whole entire next day and night. But 2 days...d**n thats gotta be dreadful.

  11. Drink Water, you are dehydrated and also, eat and drink one beer.  Your body is going through a small little alcohol withdrawal, so when you drink the one beer, it helps with that.  Hair of the dog, look it up.

  12. Drink lots of fluids, take tylenol or something, get moderate exercise and enough rest.  You might want to remember how you feel now next time you decide to drink excessively.

  13. I doubt it is a hang over, you are probably haveing an allergic reaction to the alcohol or someone spiked your drink with something.

  15. Heh, I went through that once in college.  Eat greasy foods for absorbtion, have some chicken noodle soup, take B vitamins, rest, then get up and do something, even if it's cleaning the house or doing laundry.  You'll be better in no time.
