HOW DO i TELL MY MOM THAT WE'RE GOiN OUT???

well im a sophmore and my friends borther and i are in love with each other and are going out....my mom says though you are not allowed to have a boyfriend until you are a junior because it will affect ur school work.....she knows that i like him but doesnt know that we r goin out.....she has met my friends family and met him too...his mom kinda said in front of her oh is she ur novia? (girlfriend) and i got all nervous and my mom goes oh shes not allowed to......i really want her to know and i want to prove to her that it wont affect my school work y todo...we really like each other and he says he cares alot for me and my family....im not sure if i shud tell her though cuz wat if she wont let me go out with him an d his sister places?? i need advice please!!!

You have to honor your mom's rules.

Just hang out with him during the day, and email or talk at night. You can carry on a friend relationship until you turn Junior.
