  1. I notice the kookiness when there's a full moon . As for me , I love looking at a full moon.

  2. I don't care to drive when it's a full moon.

Seems that there are too many crazy drivers.

  3. um, it has no effect on me, and never will. It depends, whether u have a past behind it, like i got my 1st boyfriend on a full moon, thats what makes it so special!

  4. It keeps me up at night.  It makes me want to smoke cigarettes.  Never any aggression though.  I'm usually in a better mood on a full moon.

  5. I think it's a myth that the full moon effects behaviour but you might get more crime during a full moon simply because it is easier to nick something at night if you can see it.

  6. I think it's pretty.  Does this count?

  7. The days leading up to the full moon usually make me a bit anxious.  When the moon is full, I actually have more energy and seem to be more thoughtful.  My astrological sign is Cancer, which used to be called Moon Child back when I was a kid.  I have moon symbols around my home; mirrors, oil burners, candles, blankets, etc.  I have a Celtic moon tattoo and occasionally wear jewelry with a moon on it.  My husband says I'm kinda weird during a full moon, <grin>.

  8. I am pretty much a wreck 24/7. The moon phase does not change a thing.

  9. In many cultures, the moon is seen as a representation of the more "animal" aspects of human nature.  In native cultures, the time of the full moon was used for gathering herbs and medicines.  It was seen as a time to move away from society and seek solitude to prevent the animal nature from harming others.

In astrology, the moon is portrayed as the ruler of the subconcious mind.  It is the unexpressed thoughts and ideas.  The undercurrent of emotions.  It is that which we do not know that we know.  The moon asserts these characteristics into the lives of individuals as it moves through different signs in the heavens.

Personally, I feel energized and at peace at the times of the full moon.  Typically, I bathe in the moonlight and find a quiet spot to allow my more base senses to thrive.  I taste and smell and touch and breathe with more vigour.  I feel more alive, and agression is the furthest thing from my mind.  Whether it is the moon causing these things or not, the time of the full moon is a good marker for me to remember that, no matter what else I am, a part of me is very much an animal.  Thanks for the question!

  10. When I see the full moon, I can feel my mind slipping into a somewhat feral state. Then my body is engulfed with black fur and I get some snazzy claws.

Seriously, what the h**l do you think happens? "Wow, the moon looks pretty tonight! :D"

That's about the most anybody's going to get.

  11. I live at the beach, so it means different tides.

  12. There is actual evidence that when the moon is full, the increase in the gravitational pull from the moon onto our bodies can affect the way we behave.

  13. I don't believe it afects me personally but once had a neighbour who acted aggressively towards his wife on a full moon.

  14. the full moon makes me feel... better, i suppose the word would be. i don't mean like my scars go away or anything, i just mean that i am more calm, or just more soothed...  it makes me stay outside more, because i like to look at the moon and watch it disappear... i find it beautiful. i guess it makes me feel more open-minded, because, you can look outside and see the moon, but i see a satellite of the earth orbiting around us and it makes me think of the universe. it is mind boggling to think of the universe- never ending, forever. how many people honestly try to think of the concept 'forever.' there is no time limit, nothing. it just goes on... it is just so strange to think about.

  15. s*x

  16. The only change I notice is that our customers at work get crazier in their demands - but, then again, there are days that I swear there's always a full moon hanging over our office.
