  1. Place both your battery and phone (separated) in a bowl of uncooked rice overnight. This should remove any moisture.

You will probably have to buy a new battery, because as someone before me said, chlorine ruins lithium-ion batteries.

To test the phone, just plug it into the charger without the battery. If that works, but it doesn't with the battery, get a new battery.

    Good luck.

  2. There's probably no "fix" to it.  Usually water destroys a cell phone, my son got his wet and it never worked right again.  Had to replace the whole thing.

  3. i seen a program on tv once and it said you could take the battery out and place the entire thing in a large amount of uncooked rice (not instant) for a couple days...its suppose to dry it out...the only thing is that it said to do it immediately...good luck

  4. Mite be on the verge of killing it.  Make sure its completely dried out.  Put it near a fan all night.  Then put the battery in, in the moring an power it up.

  5. Good luck, the only thing I would recommend is take it apart, take the cover off, the battery out, your SIM and let dry completely for a day or so; then buy a new battery and try that to see if it works.

Chlorine permanently ruins Lithium Ion batteries.
