HOW LONG AFTER U GO TO THE ORTHODONTIST DO U ACTUALLY GET BRACES ???

Well the first time you go you get evaluated and see how long you need to wear them. But some peoples teeth are different and they need to wear a retainer first before they get braces. Then you go and get those lovely spacers. And you have to wear those for a week so they can mae space for your bands. Then in a week you go get your braces.

if you got the xrays and everything last time it should be about a month after you got the xrays till you get the actual braces

it really depends on how bad your teeth are.  if your mouth is too small for your teeth you may have to wear some appliances first.

i would you suggest you just trust your orthodontist and do what he says.  they always take longer when you don't follow instructions and miss appointments.  it takes time but you will be happy in the end

also get an electric toothbrush and be very good at brushing.  there's nothing like beautiful straight teeth that have spots and gums that bleed
