  1. hello juls..i made about 15 jars of peach jam last night as well..i let them set overnight and they were fine,all depends on your sugar,pectin fruit ratios..

  2. They should have started to "set" before you tightened the jar lids.  But if they still seemed a little runny, be patient and give them a few hours, or overnight.  If they are not set by then, you may have syrup.
