A visa should be processed in within 30 days regarding the new visa rules.

Please be aware that all visa and labor costs have to be paid by the employer and are not deductable. Said this, request your money back!

In case you paid fees to any agency, also this is illegal in the UAE because the agency's costs are paid by the employers.
