  1. u can dunk  well when u grow 3- 5 inches taller or if u do more workout for jumping with the ball in ur hand because i tried that before i  m 6 foot tall and i can dunk in 10 feet

i hope it work for u!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. lucky, your really close, maybe do more jumping, and soon you can dunk on a 10 ft rim

  3. some day my friend.

  4. when you can touch a 10 feet rim

  5. if u go on youtube and search air alert drill i give u a month if u do that for a mnth and the right way it works im your height and im a freshman i dunk easy and since i do i play 6th man on varsity so search the video it helps man u will b dunking in no time trust me hope i helped

  6. yeah if you continue to dunk and have good hops.

  7. wow being able to hang on rim is a good first step. so all you have to do now is keep doing what you did to grab rim but with more weight or resistance or whatever you do. and if you naturally jumped that high and never worked out, then i would suggest doing squats, core exercises(abs, hip area),calf raises, and your butt(yes!! that is where most of your power comes from) but whatever you do, dont rely on your natural ability, work hard to get what you want and it wont come easy.

  8. when u can get half of your palm onto the rim.

  9. until you can put the b-ball through the hoop

  10. as your legs get stronger, you'll get more hops. as long as you keep working at it, it's gonna happen. you say you're 14? well you're probably gona grow a lot more so i think it's just a matter of time until you get a sweet jam.
