  1. It would take until the end of time.  A snail has no way to move in space, besides which, it would die.

So it would take a snail traveling that speed 7.28 x 10 raised to the 22nd seconds, or 8.4x10 to the 17th years. so that's 72800000000000000000000 seconds, or 8.40000000000000000 years.
