i want a finger monkey is it legal to own one in the U.S? an dhow much are they????? arn't the so cute?

In my opinion you probally should not get one. They are very hard to take care of (most likelly)and they cost alot!And plus you would need a lisence to own one. I think you should get a common pet instead (a cat, dog, hamster,ect.) they are way easier to take care of and plus they are just as cute!
