The city has set the official rate at 80 euro (for 40 minutes ride). You can get that price during the day and 100 euro at night (for up to 6 people). You shouldn't have to pay more than that although gondoliers may ask for more. It will also cost more to have someone play the accordion on the ride or sing.

It's a bit expensive, however tourists always go for it ;)

Around 120 - 150 euro for one hour.
