before the mafia comes...i beat missions and stuff for car showroom,and docks,not sure how many ice creams i have to seell for ice cream place to start generating money

i think you have to sell 50 deals.[i never compleated ice cream mission, mafia arrived at taxi,malibu and film studio]

but the only ones u need to buy for the mafia to com are the malibu club, printworks, boatyard and like 2 other buisnesses i think
