  1. I usually do 50-75 when i was 13..

    I'm 15 girl, and i usually do 100-150 everyday..

    It's fun...

    then start doing more when you get stronger

  4. When I was 13, I was lucky I could do two or three at one time. It was embaraassing. But the rest of the guys in gym weren't much better. With practice & growing up, tho' & playing sports & exercising, I could do 25 at a time in a couple of years.

    If you want to be a boxer, do as many as you can.

  5. build it up, start at 10 then work up to as many as you want. dont be over the top - 150/200 is probably enough

  6. Do 3 sets of 10-30 and do many variation of Push Ups

    Diamond Push Ups - Triceps (60% Body Weight)

    Wide-gripht Push Ups - Chest (60% Body Weight)

    Hip Push Ups - almost 100% Body Weight

    Scap Push Ups - Serratus Anterior

    Scap Push Ups on Elbow - Serratus Anterior

    etc.
