  1. Practice on a trampoline to get your form perfect. Next do it on the ground. Then, use ankle weights, they really help!


  2. abs abs abs.  seriously. its ab muscles that help you get your pikes of the ground and parallel.  its not really about stretching, although it does help to be warmed up so that you don't pull anything.  but seriously its abs work those muscles!! do tons of crunches and v ups. i don't think that sit ups work a lot, but to each her own!
