HOW TO MAKE MY STEREO INCREASE VOLUME?

i just got these new speakers there like 2 feet length 1 foot width

and i turned my little stereo up to max an the giant speakers were as loud as the other little dinkey ones please help me how do i incerase the stereo's maximum volume?

sounds like you don't have enough power to push them you will need an amplifier.

Cable Doc is right, you're going to need an amplifier which is found in a component called an AV Reciever. Even though your huge speakers are CAPABLE of producing a lot of watts, it will only project the power that is fed into it. You'll need to run your stereo into a receiver, which will perform the necessary operations to boost the decibel level up to a feasible level if you want to take advantage of those huge speakers.

Receivers can cost anywhere from $100 to $1000, some of the best ones are going to be pioneer and sony.
