  1. My friend's mom makes the best!

    1 basket of grape Tomatoes, sliced in 1/4

    If you cannot find grape tomoatoes, then use 3-4 hothouse tomoatoes.

    1 bunch sliced green onions  

    1/2 brown onion, peeled, chopped

    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped

    1 large jalepeno, seeds removed optional, sliced finely.

    3 gloves chopped galic

    1 avocado, optional

    Salt to taste

    In a large bowl, add the ingredients.  If you wish to make the salsa hotter keep the seeds of the jalepeno, or add more.

    Mix. Chill for at least an hour.  Add 1 avocado, peeled and chopped.  Serve with hot totilla chips.

       1       Teaspoon     Finely chopped galic, (about 3 cloves)

         1/2   Teaspoon     Salt







    Ready, set, cook!







    Mix all ingredients. If time permits, refrigerate the salsa for two or three hours before serving, so that flavors of the individual ingredients ?marry?. Serve it with any of the tortilla dishes, grilled chicken or hamburger, or tortilla chips.
