    In irish , stephen is stiofan (shtee fawn ).

    there is no feminine equivalent in irish, but you could make a modern one by adding in : stiofainin (shtee fawn eee) or maybe stifin ( shtee feen ) , although the second looks a little strange , and older irish form of steven is stiana ( shtee oh na ) you could use this as a base to form a feminine name : stiainin ( shtee uh neen )
