  1. ok

Square your shoulders to the baskets

Have your strong hand under the ball, and weak hand on the side of the ball, when you shoot push the ball off with your strong hand, and flick you weak hand to put spin on the ball

Always have yours eyes on the rim

You have to get used to where your standing and how much power you have to put into each shot, on your backboard you should see a square, if you hit the square, it will mostly always hit the rim

  2. well take the gun, aim it at the basketball and pull the triger

  3. Use the shooting basic BEEF.

B - Balance. Your legs should be shoulder width apart, your dominant foot in front of the other. ur toes should be pointing at the ring.

E - Elbow. You elbow should be positioned directly under the ball. When you finish your shot, your elbow should be above your eyebrow. (This is important!!!!)

E - Eyes. Your eyes should look at the fron of the ring. You aim to shoot just beyond that point but it should come instinctively. (it did for me!)

F - follow through. flick ur non-dominant hand to give the ball a bit of backspin. as i said before, your elbow should b above ur eyebrow. also, dont go for the rebound straight away, it will disturb ur shot.

Try to score without using the backboard or the rim. A swish!

  4. use a guide hand on the side of the ball.  Put lots of back spin and arch. this helps touch and good bounces
