HOW TO TROUBLESHOOT a memory craft 9000

I bought my Memory Craft 9000 years ago. The salesman showed me how to pull up things on the screen(troubleshoot). I wrote the information down, but now I can't find the card. Does anyone know how to pull this up on the screen.
