I'd caption it by saying: Womanizer John McCain picks Sarah Palin as VP, who apparently likes to exploit herself for political gain.

No, this is not appropriate for a VP.  It's not appropriate for any politician for that matter.  Apparently, McCain did not do his homework on her before picking her.  This sort of exploitation is not going to help win over women voters.  In fact, he may even lose votes.  If I were a woman, I would be appalled by this so called political figure!

Interesting that it seems to be okay with the left to throw out unflattering, photoshoped images of Palin, but the right would never be able to post a photoshoped image of Obama in say... a rocking chair on the front porch of a decrepid house with a beer in one hand a slice of watermelon in the other.
