HOW can I tell my friend she is ugly without her getting too upset??????

Question

I have a friend who is in love with herself when she is one of the ugliest people God ever made. she has 2 huge bumps on her nose, her nose is hideous, she has thinnnnnn yet long lips lips, and her lips are tiny with a nasty shape cupids bow, also she has realllly pale skin with no pigment and even worse she has white eyelashes and weird alien shape eyes and i'm being realllyyy 1000 percent true.. she always tells me i'm pretty but i want to tell her that she is ugly because, well she keeps saying how all the boys love her, she is basicallyyy anorexic and talk about toooo skinnny.. she names all of her pics of myspace as "i'm sooo sexyy" and she wears soo much make up, she still looks sooo sooo uglyyyyy.. how can i tell her she is ugly without her going crazy?
