HOW did he do the magic trick?!?

Ok me and my family went to disney world and there was a magichian that asked me to pick a card and I chose 7 of hearts, then he told me to stick it in the deck so that he could mix the cards up. So I did and he pulls out the wrong card and says "is this your card?" I smiled and said no but the he says "Hmm..Really? then check your pocket!" so I did and the 7 of hearts was in my pocket! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? Does anyone know how he did this?

Its called the Sonneti card trick. First performed in 1894 by Alfred Sonneti. No one knows how it is done. No one except male members of the Sonneti family so your magician must be a relative. I am afraid no one will be able to help you.
