HOW do i take off a tension pulley of an 1998 plymouth grand voyager?

does it have a plate it sits on? cause i took off to bolts and it didnt take off. so now what do i do? do i need to take off the alt.? does it have a bolt on the back of the pulley?

  1. 3.3L, 3.8L belt tensioner is removed by taking the one nut off from the back side of the accessory drive mount, from the bottom back side, you will need a 15mm socket, a swivel joint and a long extension w/ breaker bar. Access it from below through the opening between the axle and oil pan. It is not to easy, but it will usually come loose fairly easy.
