HOW does internet CASH GIFTING work? I want a straight up answer!?

I am curious. How does cash gifting work? You know the sites with the people counting hundred dollar bills they receive in the mail? (ie. www.toodamneasy.com)

I want to know 'HOW DOES IT WORK?'

I understand you send someone 'CASH' as a 'GIFT' but why would they want to send you $500+ for nothing?

What happens after someone signs up and forks up their cash? How do they then receive more cash after this? (Advertising?)

I've searched and all the people who claim that it works just give links to their website and say "It's so easy, email/call me and I'll tell you everything." They basically don't explain anything until you give up your email which seems weird to me. They never explain anything publicly. WHY?

They never explain 'HOW IT WORKS' just that it does work.

If you are a person who claims it works, please answer my question throughly with explanations.

Please don't answer my question with merely a "Yes it works. Here's my site. Call me or email me."

These are the exact same questions I had in mind when I first researched cash gifting. I was able to find a really good program and then developed a cash gifting E book that tells new people about the activity.

There are alot of misconceptions about this activity and people are easily confused. It doesn't work. If you want to do it yourself you don't need to send them anything. Just create your own site with the same scam. He's basically saying send me cash and I'll give you your own page like this that you have to advertise to drive traffic to. You will never make money like this and neither does he/she. They are straight up lying. Don't fall for it.
