HOW much weight should i lose?

im 5foot 3 or 4 and i weight about 145 8th grader lots of musle (base cheerleader) and a large bone structure. my coach parents and doc say so so im not lyin just say how much u think i should lose im think 10-15 lbs. is that enough

  1. maybe about 20 lbs.

    Rule of thumb is that for the first 5 feet, you should weigh 100 lbs. For each additional inch, add 5 lbs

    Therefore, you should weigh about 115-120 lbs


  2. Well I'm 5 foot 3 or 4 as well and i weight 125-130 pounds and I feel great. So I would say no more than 10 pounds because you have lots of muscle and you don't want to lose your cheerleading spot! By the way-your not overweight..but if you want to lose, I'd say yeah 10--15 pounds NO MORE.
