go to time trials and beat the ghost on there by like 3-10 seconds. the 1st answerer has the times. once you beat it another ghost will be there with an extremely fast time and that's how you know you unlocked them

After every Time Trial look at the Bottom left corner when they are showing the records and it will say "AN EXPERT GHOST STAFF DATA HAS COME." If it doesnt say that u didnt unlock it if u did see it u unlocked a EXPERT STAFF GHOST DATA.
