HOW to doDeviant Art?

Hey, I am looking at this great site called deviantart, and it looks like a lot of fun and i would love to have my own photos up and shared. There are some great photos that looked painted, and some like cartoons, how do you get them up on the computer and shared? I would love to be able to have this, can anyone start me off?

If you have an account, you just go to submit deviation, which is the first choice in the menu that pops down when you click the little arrow by your username in the top left corner. This will bring up a form to upload a work; fill it out, submit, and that's all.

Well, first of all, you need to make an account. Once you do, you need to go into your hotmail inbox (or Yahoo inbox, depending on which one you used to activate your DeviantArt account) and activate your account. Then you can start uploading art! You can add some of the artwork to your favorites, you can comment, you can make friends, you can meet really good artists, you can read tips on how to improve your art skills, etc. It's a really great art website where you can just enjoy every type of art there is.

To get images on the computer? You could scan them with a scanner or if you have a digital camera ou can hookp its usb cord and import pictures fr your camera :)

Then save the images you want into paint. I prefer he PNG format to make it look cleaner.

As for uploading on DA, you must first have an account. Once you have an account click by your username where there is a down arrow. A box will open and something saying 'submit deviation' should be there. Click it. Give it a title and put it into a cateogorey that fits the picture. Add an image into the grey box, then give it a description and done! :) Hit the submit button.
