HOw can I convince my parents??

My parents won't allow me to go out or have a boyfriend. I need a way to convince them and I'm going onto seventh grade.

Well, let me explain where your parents are coming from. You're young; they do trust you. They love you so much, that they're worried about the possibility you could get heart broken, raped, etc. They trust you. Not guys. Give your parents a little more time. You don't need to convince them of anything. Just give them time. I hope this helps. Also, getting good grades is easier than finding a guy to trust. Your parents are proud of your grades, but they don't want to see their daughter hurt. Be patient, keep up the excellent work in school, and you'll have your parents' permission. :)

You're going into the 7th grade. You need to be worrying about your education, rather than worrying about dating. That will come when you're older, and know more about how boys think and act. Trust mom and dad to know what's best for you, and know they are only trying to protect you.
