HOw do I unblock my email address for my groups. they wont go through?

You should check the "Edit My Groups" page to verify that you are still a member of the group, see if you are bouncing, and check your message delivery options.

Do you have the individual emails option set?

If all of that checks out, go to the group's home page and verify that there has been recent activity in the group. If it is a small and quiet group, there may not have been any group messages sent out.

If your group allows Message Archive, are your messages showing up in the archive?

If your group allows access to the Members link, search your for your profile or email address check your message delivery and message format options.

To Edit your Membership you can also go to the group home page and click on "Edit Membership" (just above the group name).

If the owner or the privileged moderator has banned you from the group, you cannot unblock your mail address from groups. You have to contact the owner of the group. You can send a message to them. The owner's address should look like this:
