Put your hands close to each other on back of trunk, and pull one foot in front of other then keep pressure at all times on tree, moving one foot at a time while at the same time using arms to hug tree. If u are truly getting coconuts then the easiest way is to make your way through the layers of palm and stand on top them this way you dont have to hug the tree while gathering coconuts.....to get back down, I toss the coconuts to the floor and jump but you might want to try climbing down by keeping the same technique as before, and keep pressure on the tree at all times, Do Not slide down. :)
