HOw healthy is tuna? I like it and bring it to lunch alot. is it ok for me? I might have high blood pressure?

i don't want to lose weight! I want to be eat healthier and work out more but loosing weight isn't the goal

  1. Tuna by itself is very healthy. It's high in protein, low in fat, and has Omega-3s. The problem is that a lot of people eat tuna with mayonnaise, which is not good for you.
