HOw to Restore Excel Toolbar?

My computer was infected with a virus some days ago and this virus only effect my Excel files. When i remove virus with anti virus then another problem came.I am not able to open my excel file any more. Whenever i try to open my Excel file the error message appear that this file contain a macro and my macro security is maximum and i have to reduce the security level in order to open it from Tools,Option and Macro. But the problem is that there is no Option button under Tools Manue. I tried to reinstall the office but cannot solve the problem.

Can anybody help me to bring back the Option Button under Tools Manue.

When you 'tried to reinstall the office' did you UNINSTALL it first, or just 'reinstall' it on top of itself?  If you just reinstalled it, I would try uninstalling it first.  Then, I would run a registry cleaner software, like Registry Mechanic or Error Nuker, to clean out bits and pieces of leftovers.

Then, reinstall Office.
