Brand new out of the box. Loaded driver, plugged it in and everything worked fine. Later on, I tried to print a web page and got the spooler error. Uninstalled the driver and printer and reloaded software.Now when I try to print, the printer starts to run, but the shaft that the paper pickup thing, (The rubber cam shaped like a D), doesn't turn at all.I took the toner cartridge out, and manually moved the cam, just a little and it clicked. Put it all back together, hit print, and the paper tray lifted, the cam grabbed the paper and it made it about 3/4 of the way out of the printer and just stopped.Anyone want to take a crack at figuring the fix for this. I would certainly appreciate the help.
