HP 4215 won't feed envelopes

Question

The printer is several years old, and no longer feeds envelopes. Prints fine otherwise, Also will not feed Kodak brand photo paper. Maybe roller cleaning would help, but the only roller easily visible seems to be for feeding copy originals and faxes.
