HP D2400 printer cant print?

My HP D2400 printer cant print, it shows printing and the gives the message offline even when its properly connected via USB and have tried re-installation but no solution.

Have you tried printing a test page? Have you gone to your control Panel>Printers and Faxes>right-click your printer, in the drop down box you should see "Use printer offline".

I am not exactly sure what is going on with your printer because you say it shows printing. Does that mean that the paper is moving through the paper path and just not printing anything? If this is the case perform a head alignment. If that does not work, clean the printhead 3-4 times and then run a test page. It may take several cleanings to completely clean the printhead.
