Question:

HP F220 all in one printer?

I have just installed a HP F2200 all in one printer on my uncles PC, the only thing i cant get to work is the scanner, printer and copy facilities work ok, but when i try to scan the pc detects it and loads up the digital imaging software but then just sits there any ideas.

  1. You probably had a bad install

    Try uninstalling and reinstalling the software


  2. Are you scanning it as an OCR into a word processor? Or just as a scan?
