I had to have windows XP reinstalled in my HP Notebook. Now I cannot get it to connect to the conexant USB Modem. The modem is working perfectly when connected to my P C. Everything worked ok prior to the reinstallation of XT. The encapsulation data provided by Zen as VC-MUX is not listed on the 3 configuration options which are all prefaced RFC. I have tried them all. Also the ISP section only lists AOL-uk: BT &m Karoo. Again I have tried them all. I just get various error messages when my laptop tries to dial up, from no dial tone to incorrect username/password, not recognised on this domain. Where am I going wrong? Appreciate any help, thanks
