Question

HP Officejet J5740 all-in-one. Paper continues to jam even though we clear the jam and align again and again. When we try to copy again, it says paper jam. If we push OK, the paper will feed through, but it doesn't copy. This happens when we try to copy something in the machine, and also when we try to copy from the computer.
