i have a printer that doesn't print it's a dual catridge i'm assuming one for tricolor and the other b/w.i'm not sure .i purchase a dual pack of cartridges left side snaps right end the right side doesn't snap into place. it trys to print but nothing coming out on the paper.there is a place for a port type cable.maybe that's the reason it's not printing, also the catridge that came out of it # is 51649G the ones i purchase # is 51649A.i was told that the A and G letter didn't matter, obviously it does because it doesn't sit and snap on the right side, can you help and maybe send me a manual.thanks!
