HP PSC 1610 stopped reading any type of card?

Question

Tried an SD card and an XD card, get a card is not formatted error message. Both cards can be read in our Epson printer fine. Why would the HP stop being able to read them all of a sudden. Can't see a fix on the hp.com site.

Check the solutions on the last 5 options on the bottom. If they don't help you can email HP with your problem
