HP Pavilion 6700 Windows XP

Question

We purchased an HP Pavilion 6700 laptop from Best Buy several weeks ago. It came with Windows Vista installed. We are unable to install and run some of our necessary software with Vista. We found the drivers on HP that should support Windows XP. But we still cannot get the wireless and non-wireless network cards to work. We are unable to join the laptop to our internal domain or access the internet. Are there additional drivers not readily provided by HP that are required?
