HP Photosmart 475 printer

I see you recommended to someone on another Photosmart or other photo printer to clean the rollers with water if the paper won't feed.

How do you get to the rollers in the HP Photosmart 475? I can't get the darn back part open more than just enough to insert the paper to even see where the rollers are? Thanks.
